Custom design, brand management, websites, and software start when both sides accept a written quote. That quote states the fee, the deliverable, and what happens if the project stops. This page does not replace that quote.
Managed WordPress services are priced in your support agreement. A contact request does not purchase a service. Cancellation and any applicable refund terms follow the agreement confirmed before onboarding.
WordPress plugins are finished downloads. A plugin purchase is separate from a design engagement. Email [email protected] if a file you paid for did not arrive.
